Shipping & ReturnsShipping & Handling At the present time NeXgen Hobby only accepts online orders from within the Continental United States (lower 48 states) and we utilize Fedex ground services to make home deliveries. In stock merchandise will normally ship from NeXgen Hobby within 24 hours of placing an order or the next business week day. If you choose to pay by check or money order, release of your order to Fedex will occur after receipt of payment. Depending on your location Fedex delivery time will range from 2 to 7 days. Out of stock products that are available at our distributors normally require an additional 3-4 business days. If your order total is $250.00 or more, you can take advantage of our free shipping option. If you should require another Fedex shipping method, please add your request to the special instructions of the order. If you are interested in our products but reside outside the Continental US, please contact us for information regarding service to your area and the associated shipping and handling costs. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards for payment. We will charge your credit card at the time the order is released to Fedex. Special order products may require that a charge be made at order time. If this is necessary, you will be notified by email prior to creating the charge. Paypal Express Checkout is available for individuals that wish to make purchases using their Paypal account. Returns Policy We will be happy to accept returns within 30 days under these guidelines: Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. The mounting of engines and accessories, running fuel through engines, cutting or pushing out the balsa sheets in kits, and other similar actions constitutes used merchandise. Radios must be returned with protective films, unmounted servos and switch harness. NO RETURNS on Batteries or Electronics. Refunds given only with original receipt. Shipping and handling costs are not refunded. Defective Merchandise Most manufacturers prefer to handle defective issues directly. We will be happy to assist you with contacting the manufacturer. Warranty NeXgen Hobby does not warrant products after use. Defects found after the product is in use usually fall under manufacturer's warranty. A customer service representative will be happy to help you determine which procedure is appropriate for you. Repair Service We do offer repair and tuning services at $45 / hr, plus parts. Please ask one of our customer service personnel for an estimate. Building and Setup Service We do offer building and setup of boats, airplanes, cars and helicopters.
